Step 1: Account Creation:

We will set up an account in our system so our designers will begin creating your designs. If you want to get ahead, you can start here: http://www.prydegear.com/request-new-account/

You will be assigned a customer service rep that will be your contact throughout the entire process. Their job is to walk you through the process and ensure all your questions and concerns are addressed.

We think you’ll be surprised at how easy this is once we get started.

Step 2: Custom Design Proof

Our design team will email you a design proof to review. You’ll be able to approve it directly from your phone/computer, or make requests for changes.

Design proofs are usually completed in 2-3 days from the time we receive all of your design details.
